These terms cover your use of AffLoad. By creating an account you agree to them.
What AffLoad does
AffLoad loads URLs you configure in hidden frames on pages where your trigger rules match. You choose the links and the rules; we load what you tell us to load.
Your responsibility for affiliate programme rules
This is the important one. Loading affiliate links without a visitor clicking them is prohibited by the terms of most affiliate networks, including Amazon Associates, CJ, ShareASale and Impact. Using AffLoad may breach your agreements with those programmes and may result in your accounts being suspended and unpaid commissions withheld.
You are solely responsible for checking whether your programmes permit this and for any consequences of using AffLoad with them. We make no claim that this practice is permitted by any network, and we cannot indemnify you against action they take.
Acceptable use
- Only configure links you are authorised to use.
- Only install the snippet on sites you own or operate.
- Do not use AffLoad to load malware, phishing pages, or illegal content.
- Do not attempt to use the loading service as a general-purpose proxy.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Whop. Usage is metered in loads, one load is one affiliate link successfully fetched. When you reach your plan limit, links stop loading until your billing period resets or you upgrade. See our refund policy.
Availability
We aim to keep AffLoad running continuously but we don’t offer a formal uptime guarantee. If an outage on our side stops your links loading, tell us and we’ll credit the affected period.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why.
Liability
AffLoad is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
