14-day refund

If AffLoad isn’t right for you, email info@affload.com within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t need to give a reason.

After 14 days

Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t pro-rate part-months.

If something is broken

If AffLoad stops working and we can’t fix it, tell us, we’ll refund the affected period regardless of how long you’ve been a customer. Your dashboard shows whether your snippet is live and which merchants are failing, so this should be visible to both of us.

Statutory rights

If you’re a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. Nothing here limits that right.
