Refund policy

No refunds

AffLoad does not offer refunds. Payments, including renewals, are final once taken.

Try it before you pay

Every account starts on the free plan, with no card required. You can install the snippet, add your links and watch real loads appear in your dashboard before you spend anything. We would rather you found out AffLoad is not for you while it is still free.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate part-months, and cancelling does not refund the current period.

If something is broken

If AffLoad stops working, tell us at info@affload.com and we will fix it. Your dashboard shows whether your snippet is live and which merchants are failing, so a fault should be visible to both of us.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes rights you have by law. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, and that right applies regardless of this policy.
